In conjunction with EA Sports, we are excited to announce a NEW wave of collectible NFL action figures, that will integrate with the “Madden Ultimate Team” mode in the immensely popular Madden NFL 17 video game.
Each individual figure will come with a redemption code that players can use in-game giving them seven Madden Ultimate Team Pro-Packs (a $10.50 value), as well as the opportunity to unlock exclusive NFL stars. Each Pro Pack will contain 10 items consisting of six NFL stars and four non-player specialty items to help players ignite their squad.
Each Action Figure line includes at least 5 of the top NFL players in the game today, sculpted and painted in an iconic game action pose as only McFarlane Toys can do.
Cam Newton held a Madden NFL 16 overall rating of 90 and was named the NFL’s 2015 Most Valuable Player. Last season, Newton totaled 45 touchdowns with 35 passing and 10 rushing for the Carolina Panthers. Newton’s jersey was the 2nd highest overall best seller on NFL.com. The figure stands 7 inches tall and will boast the team’s Blue with Black trim uniform.
Amari Cooper was rated 82 overall in Madden NFL 16. Cooper was selected into the Pro Bowl his first year and the first 1000+ yard wide receiver for the Oakland Raiders since 2005 (by Randy Moss). In 2015, Cooper was an Offensive Rookie of the Year nominee. This figure will stand 7 inches tall and come sporting his team’s Silver and Black home uniform.
Todd Gurley had an overall rating of 80 in Madden NFL 16 video-game. He was named the 2015 Offensive Rookie of the Year for the Los Angeles Rams. Last season, he lead all rookie running backs with 1106 rushing yards and was 3rd in the league overall. The McFarlane Gurley figure will stand 7 inches tall and come decked out in his team’s Yellow and Blue uniform.
DeAndre Hopkins had an overall rating of 88 in the Madden NFL 16 video game. Last NFL Season, Hopkins was top-three in the most receiving yards(1521 yards). Hopkins finished top 10 of all NFL players with 11 total touchdowns last season as well as set a Texans’ team record for most receiving yards in his first three seasons (2806 total yards). This figure will stand 7 inches tall and come in the Houston Texan’s Liberty White and Deep Steel Blue uniform.
Odell Beckham Jr. held an overall Madden NFL 16 rating of 94. He set NFL record for most receiving yards in his first two seasons with 2,755 and is the youngest player to be put on a Madden Cover (Madden NFL 16). Last year, Beckham’s New York Giants jersey was one of the top three overall best selling jersey on NFL.com. This figure will stand 7 inches tall and come wearing his team’s blue and white trim uniform.
Four time champion Tom Brady carried a Madden NFL 16 overall rating of 97 and is the widely-known New England Patriots quarterback. This figure will stand 7 inches tall and will be sporting the Patriots’ blue and white uniform.
Rob Gronkowski of the New England Patriots held a Madden NFL 16 overall rating of 99. This figure stands 7 inches tall and comes sporting his team’s navy and grey trim uniform.
