New McFarlane Toys ‘Assassin’s Creed’ Figures Hitting Stores This Fall

In February, McFarlane Toys announced its partnership with Ubisoft to create action figures from the blockbuster Assassin’s Creed® series of video games. Each individual highly detailed and articulated 6” figure in Assassin’s Creed series 1 will include a unique code that unlocks exclusive video game content in the upcomingAssassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag™.

In addition to the individual figures, Assassin’s Creed fans will be able to collect an awesome boxed set that brings together the biggest pirates from Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag.

Now let’s take a quick look at some of the cool Assassin’s Creed products headed your way.

INDIVIDUAL FIGURES WITH UNLOCKABLE CONTENT

Last year, Assassin’s Creed 3 introduced gamers to Connor, and his father,Haytham Kenway. This year, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag expands the Kenway family tree by going back one generation and telling the story of Haytham’s father,Edward. Each of the three characters are a powerful force, each leaving their mark on history, and forever altering the world of Assassin’s Creed. Father, son, and grandfather — connected by blood, but separated by time — the three generations of Kenways are brought to life in this first series of action figures.

This year, Assassin’s Creed 3 expanded with an all-new <assassin’s creed=”” 3=”” the=”” tyranny=”” of=”” king=”” washington:=”” infamy<=”” i=””>, a single-player DLC campaign that lets gamers experience an alternate reality version of the events following the American Revolution. In this mythical history, Ratonhnhaké:ton never joins the Assassin Order, never takes the name Connor, but must still fight to protect his tribe and the new, fragile, independent nation. Our Ratonhnhaké:ton action figure brings collectors the Native American hero in the style of a pure Kanien’kehá:ka warrior!

Also, look out for some amazing figures coming out at game launch, including perhaps the most famous pirate of all, Blackbeard. We’re sure that you’ll recognize the other yet-to-be revealed characters once they’ve received a proper introduction!
