What is your favorite McFarlane Construction Set? The Foxy stage looks fantastic, and I love the curtain and the really cute steering wheel hidden away behind him!
What was the hardest McFarlane Toy to find in your collection? Finding the Showstage after wave 2 had come out was really hard, but I found one at a store in the next city, and drove out there for it!
What was the most valuable McFarlane Toy in your collection? The Office was the most expensive set for me to buy, but I wanted all of them, so I went for it!
How big is your McFarlane Toys collection? I own all of the Five Nights at Freddy’s construction sets, and have already pre-ordered all of the next wave– short of the newest set announced with Shadow Freddy and Withered Foxy.
Where do you display your collection? I work from home, and bought two clear shelves to display the sets on my desk! I will need to buy another shelf when the next waves come out !
What is one toy or brand you wish McFarlane Toys would RE-MAKE? I’m not super sure– I really got into the brand with the FNAF construction sets!
What is one toy or brand you wish McFarlane Toys would produce? I’m going to sound like a broken record– but I really hope that the FNAF construction sets continue, and that every animatronic is covered throughout the waves! With Nightmare Balloon Boy and Nightmare Mangle, I hope that Plushtrap and Nightmare Foxy still have sets coming out! But also that the other non-canon animatronic, Nightmarionne, gets a set!
What is one McFarlane Toy you want but don’t have in your collection? I’ve already preordered the next wave, but I didn’t pre-order the Parts and Services room with Withered Foxy and Shadow Freddy, because I can’t find a place to do so! I’m worried that with it being an exclusive I might have a hard time getting it. I would also really like the Purple Guy 8-bit set, since it seems unlikely there will be a construction set like the others for him.
If you were an action figure, what accessories would you come with? I’d like to think I would come with a book of black magic, a wizard’s staff, and some weird setting pieces showing green magic rising from the ground. But more truthfully? Probably a cellphone, a desk, and a computer chair!
Why did you start collecting McFarlane Toys? I randomly got back into Five Nights at Freddy’s after having written it off, and decided I really love the series and lore. I even have made an unofficial TTRPG for the game! I kept telling myself I wouldn’t get any FNAF toys because they all seemed fairly low quality– but then I saw the McFarlane construction sets and absolutely fell in love.
