Jim continues to expand his public presence with a morning show interview, discussing his powers, his past and the founding of his new foundation. At the same time, various parties — the Vatican, the CIA, Clown, Bludd, an unknown stranger and others –all with differing interest in controlling or manipulating the new Hellspawn, take steps to further their agendas.
