When I was 16 years old I drew lots of new characters and a lot of them SUCKED (I had to start somewhere too).
When I was a teen, I invented new heroes and bad guys (this is during the same time I created the Spawn character too). One of those attempts gave birth to the group called BLUDD, SWEAT and TEAR. (A silly name, but I was young).
Fast forward to about 1994. This was a couple years after I helped start Image Comics and needed characters for SPAWN, so I reached into my portfolio and pulled out the big guy, BLUDD (who didn’t suck as much as the other two characters). I didn’t think his name made sense with this character on its own. So I ended up CHANGING his name to TREMOR.
Anyways… I didn’t get RID of BLUDD. I ended up using the name BLUDD for a villain later during the Jim Downing era of Spawn.
