The Correct Way to Draw an Eye!

My ART TEACHER said that eyes should look like footballs…that’s a CROCK of B.S.!!!!!!!!!!
 
I’m sure all of you have had school art teacher try and ‘simplify’ how to draw things, BUT this can just lead to bad habit down the road. I was told that EYES should just be like drawing a football and then you put the eyeball/pupil in the middle.
 
THAT’S NOT CORRECT!
 
I’ve posted this video before, but I thought it would be a good QUICK TIP for you guys on a Friday!
 
So grab something to draw on: paper, napkin, tablet, paper bag…WHATEVER you can find and try it out.
