Since it’s the NEW YEAR a LOT of you good people have made resolutions and I have one thing to say to that…DON’T LET ANYTHING STOP YOU!! I know you’ve heard this story MANY times before, but I think it’s valid to tell it again!
When I was trying to break into the comic book industry to work for publishers like Marvel and DC Comics I sent over 700 submissions and got HUNDREDS of rejection letters. HUNDREDS!!!!
And if I would’ve stopped at the first, second or 350th ‘NO’… life would be VERY different for me.
Telling you guys to NOT get discouraged is easier said than done (It was hard for me at times…and still is). But sometimes it makes you STRONGER MENTALLY to have to ‘earn’ your way to whatever goal you set for yourself.
