YES…I DO GET ARTISTICALLY BLOCKED!!
I see a lot of you good people commenting about how easily I come up with my live Facebook video ideas. And it may be a SURPRISE to you all that even I get artistically blocked (I know…SHOCKER).
You need to understand that even though I’ve been successful in my career, I STILL struggle as an artist day-to-day to fill blank pages.
The ideas and art don’t just MAGICALLY appear EVERY time you get a blank page.
Sometimes, you draw something and when you’re done with it, it turned out SEXIER than you thought (that happens to me A LOT).
There are days where you are gonna FIGHT the paper, but you have to work through it!
You may even need to take a moment, but don’t let that moment turn into more than that…A MOMENT (like the picture below capturing me in MY moment).
Keep drawing and it will pass.
