Toronto revamped their club with free agent signings and a handful of trades, but their best acquisition might have been third baseman Troy Glaus. The 2002 World Series MVP arrived in Toronto and established himself as the everyday third baseman, while showing the versatility to play a little shortstop in a pinch. Glaus has adapted well to his new surroundings, delivering the power (his 38 homers were sixth-best in the American League) and the scoring (105 runs are ninth in the A.L.) the Blue Jays were hoping for.
