NFL Draft Pick to Become SportsPicks Figure
But Who Will It Be?

Everyone’s excited for the NFL Draft this week, but there’s more hanging in the balance than just a professional football contract and the completion of a lifelong dream. One of the NFL draft picks will also become a SportsPicks figure, debuting in this fall’s NFL Series 27 as a Collector Level-only product.

This is the fifth NFL draft pick figure from McFarlane Toys, highlighting the most-anticipated rookie from draft classes going back to 2005. The ultimate question is who will it be? Players selected near the top of the first round have a distinct advantage, though last year’s draft pick figure (Denver Broncos Quarterback Tim Tebow) was selected 25th. History suggests that quarterbacks have the inside track, as the four previous NFL draft pick figures have all been quarterbacks. Getting drafted by a nationally popular team can’t hurt, but any team can strike gold – the previous four NFL draft pick figures have been Broncos, Browns, Cardinals and 49ers.
