'Casefiles: Sam and Twitch' Due Out in Early July
Friday, June 13, 2003

The first issue of the new monthly TMP comic book Casefiles: Sam and Twitch is complete and headed to the printer. Look for it on comic book shelves at the beginning of July.

Casefiles is a refreshing and bold new twist on these classic New York City detectives first introduced in the pages of Spawn. The creative team, at least for the first story arc - a six-parter titled "Have You Seen Me?" - is writer Marc Andreyko and artist Scott Morse.

The first story arc will be told in a unique manner: It will actually be three stories, occurring simultaneously. Each page will be divided into three sections, with each story reading horizontally across the pages throughout the entire book. The stories running along the top and bottom of the pages will be pencilled and inked (colored by Jay Fotos), and the center story line will be painted.

Casefiles: Sam and Twitch takes the hard-bitten detectives you know and love and immerses them in an even murkier urban jungle than ever before. Casefiles is suggested for mature readers only. Look for it coming soon to your favorite comic shop. In the meantime, check out the new Casefiles area of our Comics section.
