Short Animation Trailer to Premiere; Todd Signs at Event
Tuesday, May 13, 2003

In a first for Todd McFarlane Entertainment, computer graphics and traditional animation have come together to create a 90-second spooky short to open the McFarlane's Evil Prophecy video game. This short movie intro will be available to view at the Konami booth at E3 May 14.

The movie opens in the creepy chambers of Dracula and takes you on a short journey of the horrific world of McFarlane's Monsters. It cuts back and forth between scenes of the monsters -- Dracula, Frankenstein, Werewolf, Voodoo Queen, Sea Creature and Mummy -- and their hunters, Doc, Chic, Pirate and Shaman.

The idea for an animated opening for the video game was first thrown around between TME President Terry Fitzgerald and Mitch Ueno from Konami while the two were working on Spawn for Color Game Boy. The idea was made a reality this year. Directed by Todd McFarlane and Graham Morris, it was produced by Fitzgerald with initial sketches by Greg Capulllo.

Debuting to the public on May 14 at E3 in the Konami booth, the movie will be available for all to see when the video game hits shelves everywhere later this year. Remember, Todd will be signing in the Konami booth at E3 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
