Our family of Spawn: Origins reprint collections is about to add a new member.

By now, Spawn comic fans should be familiar with the Spawn: Origins collections. Available as 6-issue paperback Volumes, 12-issue hardback Books, or limited 25-issue Deluxe Editions, this variety of formats and prices offers something for most of our collectors. But what about the fabulously wealthy? Fear not. If you're a Spawn fan with more money than you know what do with, we've got you covered.

Today, we're introducing the Spawn Origins: Infernal Edition. Each volume of the Infernal Edition collects an incredible seventy-five issues of the Spawn comic book. At over 1,500 pages each, the Infernal Edition is an awesome addition to any wealthy eccentric's collection of overpriced oddities. Each book will retail for $1,750, which is much, much more expensive than buying each issue separately.

We're proud of all our Origins collections, but we can easily say that the Infernal Edition is truly the ultimate Spawn comic book experience. Spawn Origins: Infernal Edition Volume 1 is designed to stimulate all of your senses.

SIGHT
Feast your eyes on the massively oversized 11" x 17" pages. Enjoy the personalization of the custom engraved owner plaque bearing your name (please specify silver, gold, or platinum when ordering). And every single page is hand-signed by Todd McFarlane. Twice.

TOUCH
Each Infernal Edition volume is a rhapsody of texture. Bound in soft Corinthian leather. Wrapped in a full-size replica of Spawn's cape. Secured with real metal chains. And you could probably give yourself a nasty paper cut on one of those pages, too.

SOUND
For the first time in a Spawn book, you can hear the saga like you've only imagined. Select pages feature embedded audio chips that automatically play sound effects such as a machine gun firing, demonic laughter, or just Spawn yelling "WAAANNNDAAA!" at the top of his lungs, over and over again, until you finally turn the page.

SMELL
Other pages are enhanced with scratch-and-sniff patches. Whether it's "brimstone," "burning flesh," "alley bum," "new car," or even "paper," you'll experience the scents of the epic world of Spawn as you've never smelled them before.

TASTE
Now Spawn can even delight your taste buds with this truly unique innovation. One random page in every issue is printed on edible rice paper and infused with a mystery flavor. Will your favorite issue taste like butterscotch, cool ranch, or spoiled milk and vomit? There's only one way to find out.

We asked Spawn creator, Todd McFarlane, about why he added this lavish new format. Todd replied, "We've always done well by offering a great product at a low price. But as a collector myself, I know there's a small, untapped market out there for unique, high-priced, premium collectibles. The Infernal Edition is for those elite individuals who can afford the best. It's the 'Mark McGwire 70th home run baseball' of Spawn comic book reprints."
