SPAWN FLIES WITH THE U.S. AIR FORCE
KC-135E Aircraft Features Hellspawn Nose Art

The Hellspawn has friends in very high places, 40,000 feet up to be exact. Spawn rides proudly as the nose art for aircraft 58-0013, a refueling plane that's part of the 927th Air Refueling Wing, based in Michigan.
This odyssey began when TSgt. Gerry Ridener saw some Spawn artwork that belonged to his son. Soon after, he saw the Spawn movie and quickly became a fan himself. He then modified a piece of artwork from the Spawn #2 comic book to reflect his unit, creating a custom piece of work that has Spawn holding a refueling boom.
Now known as the Phantom Phueler, the KC-135E travels the globe in support of its Air Force mission.
Rock on, flyboys; may the necroplasmic power of the Hellspawn be with you.
