Q: Will the Tempe retail store issue a refund for returned items?
A: No. The McFarlane Toys retail store in Tempe, AZ does not issue refunds
under any circumstances.
Q: Does the Tempe retail store accept exchanges?
A: Yes. If returned within 60 days along with a valid receipt, the Tempe store
will exchange your merchandise for merchandise of equal or greater value.
Without a receipt, no exchange will be given. Please save your receipt.
Package Condition
Q: Does the Tempe retail store guarantee mint condition packaging?
A: No. Since the customer can see and inspect the packaging before making a
purchase in the Tempe retail store, McFarlane Toys will not accept returns
based on this. Merchandise that has obvious damage to the packaging is often
sold at a discount. Discounted items are non-returnable.
Ship It Home
Q: I am visiting from out of town. Will McFarlane Toys ship my purchase
to my home?
A: Yes. For a fee, we will ship your order via FedEx Ground anywhere within the
United States and Canada. The shipping fee is based on the amount of
merchandise being shipped, as well as the total weight of the shipment.
Preorders
Q: Does McFarlane Toys accept pre-orders for merchandise sold in the
Tempe retail store?
A: No. McFarlane Toys does not accept pre-orders. All product is sold on a
first-come, first-served basis.

follows the same release schedule as the online store, with the exception of
Collector's Club exclusive figures, which are typically released one week after
they are released online. You can also pick up an updated release schedule at
